Welcome Again, North Kingstown. This website was originally created in 2022 and was then upgraded to apply to the 2024 Election. It will continue to include the 2024 Independent Town Council Candidate info, as well as Megan and Sherri, the Independent School Committee Candidates who won. These are the changes that we deemed very important for North Kingstown in 2022, again in 2024, and the 2026 issues will continue to be added.

The 2022 Town Council and School Committees have made decisions that many of us feel are not in the best interests of North Kingstown, neither the town nor its residents. The SAVE North Kingstown group (comprised of all three political parties) continues to get together as a watchdog group. TC and SC happening will be documented here.

      OUR MISSION:
 

• To protect North Kingstown's drinking water by re-protecting our groundwater, and re-establishing the Groundwater Committee.
   

• The need for Town Council members who will put voters before party, who believe in good government, and who will work for the betterment of North Kingstown.
   

• Total transparency from the North Kingstown Town Council.
   

• A Town Council that is fiscally responsible; one which does not raise taxes on it's citizens while sitting on a multi million dollar surplus budget.
   

• To limit the involvement of lobbyists and special interest groups on our own government.
   

• A leadership which acts for the greater good of all of North Kingstown.
   

• To provide information about what is going on in North Kingstown, behind the scenes, while the residents are not paying attention, but instead trusting their elected body to do what is right. Unfortunately, this is not what is happening.
